The Ken Sanders Foundation's mission is to preserve and revitalize communities, assuring that low-income homeowners, from the elderly and disabled to families with children, live in a warm, safe, and independent environment.  In partnership with communities, our goal is to make a sustainable impact.

We make this impact through providing necessary repairs to existing homeowners. These necessary repairs often include home modifications, roofing, plumbing, and electrical repairs and/or improvements.

To assist the disadvantaged, underprivileged and rehabilitated population in low to moderate income with housing renovations, community revitalization and the overall improvement of their physical living conditions, thus providing the aforementioned population with affordable housing and promoting a safe and healthier living environment and a sense of self-worth and determination.
